GB Collects offers an Attorney Forwarding Service for those accounts that cannot be resolved in-house to the client's satisfaction.

We work with an extensive nationwide network of attorneys who specialize in commercial law. They will handle claims from amicable demand all the way through litigation and judgment execution. Our attorneys are members of and bonded through the Columbia Law List, The Forwarders List of Attorneys, the American Lawyers Quarterly and the National List of Attorneys.

Upon client approval, we negotiate an acceptable rate with an attorney in the debtor's local area. Thereafter, we act as a liaison between client and counsel, handling all communications and follow-ups. After initial demand is made, a report from the attorney is forwarded to our clients, including legal options and costs. All cost expenditures must have the client's prior approval before the attorney will proceed. Along with monthly reports, timely status updates are sent to our clients to keep them informed on the progress of legal proceedings.
